If you purchase a painting for a gift, the person receiving the gift may:

1. exchange it for a painting of equal value

or

2. commission Shelley to do a painting just for them.

If you purchase a Quiet Crescent Art Gift Certificate, it can be used to:

1. select a painting from Shelley’s gallery

or

2. commission Shelley to do a painting just for them

And, as is the policy with any commissioned works, if the painting does not turn out as the customer envisioned, there is no obligation on their part.
